This book is designed to teach young adults basic principles of personal finance.  The unique and innovative style of the book engages young readers to learn about money management, home-buying and other areas of personal finance in an entertaining and personal way that is far from the typical dull text available on the subject. The book is particularly timely given the current economic conditions.  You will find that the book answers young adults’ financial questions and helps alleviate the fear and confusion many young adults experience when facing financial decisions.

Written in an easy-to-follow format targeted at recent high school and college graduates, the book’s lessons are illustrated with stories about an average college graduate, Jason, whose experiences and choices will resonate with young readers also faced with similar realities in their day-to-day lives.

Readers will follow Jason as he begins his adult life and struggles with a variety of financial decisions with each chapter addressing a particular financial challenge facing Jason. As Jason confronts each dilemma, I offer options, present solutions and provide sage advice.
