DISCOVER THE THINGS THAT INFLUENCE YOUR LEVEL OF CURIOSITY

Tap Into Hidden Potential With The Curiosity Code Index®

IDENTIFY WHAT IS HOLDING YOUR CURIOSITY BACK

The Curiosity Code Index® (CCI) is a validated assessment developed by Dr. Diane Hamilton to identify the four factors that can inhibit curiosity: Fear, Assumptions, Technology, and Environment. Rather than treating curiosity as something people either have or do not have, the CCI helps individuals and organizations understand what may be getting in the way of questioning, exploring, learning, and challenging the status quo.

Curiosity plays an important role in innovation, engagement, adaptability, communication, and performance. When people understand the barriers that may be limiting their curiosity, they can begin to recognize how those barriers influence their decisions, behaviors, and willingness to explore new possibilities.

The CCI gives you a clearer picture of how the four barriers show up for you. Your results provide a practical starting point for conversations, development, and action, helping you focus on the areas where greater awareness and new behaviors may have the greatest impact.

Understanding what inhibits curiosity can help individuals and teams become more open to new ideas, challenge assumptions, navigate change, and create more opportunities for learning and innovation.
