About Joe Sweeney
Joe Sweeney has an equity position in Corporate Financial Advisors. Prior to that, he was founder and president of SMG, a sports management firm that specializes in assisting and representing coaches and athletes (including three-time NFL MVP Brett Favre) in securing contracts and marketing deals. He was also president of the Wisconsin Sports Authority and have served on 28 boards of directors. His first book was; Networking Is a Contact Sport and it became a New York Times bestseller. That led to giving hundreds of keynote addresses to top companies. He also authored the book: Moving the Needle.
About Lance Allred
Lance Allred is the first deaf player in NBA History, a motivational speaker on platforms like TEDx Star, and best-selling. Known as “The Lion,” he is a Best-Selling Author of Basketball Gods and Longshot and is an expert on Leadership, Perseverance and Grit. Standing at 6’11, and born with 80% hearing loss within a polygamist commune before his family escaped when he was 13, Lance has had people all of his life placing limitations on him, but, as he puts, it, he never listened.
