Jessica brings a strong corporate background in organizational development techniques, career coaching, DISC behavioral assessment, training and development, pre-employment assessments, outplacement services and hiring. Jessica has had the honor of speaking at The White House in the Forum on Job Clubs in the United States, her focus being on employer engagement.
